Electric, water & gas covered up to $525/month ($2,100 for the season); usage beyond that is billed back to the tenant. Utility accounts remain in the owner's name and are not transferred to the tenant. This is a seasonal residential lease, not a nightly or short-term rental.
Monthly professional cleaning beyond the two mandatory visits is available at the tenant's discretion.
Guest passes are included for access to the Trout Creek Recreation Center.
