Utilities covered up to $300/month ($1,200 for the season); usage beyond that is billed back to the tenant. Utility accounts remain in the owner's name and are not transferred to the tenant. This is a seasonal residential lease, not a nightly or short-term rental.
Monthly professional cleaning beyond the two mandatory visits is available at the tenant's discretion.
Full-season Tahoe Donner membership access is available as an optional add-on — $100 for the season, covering the amenities below for the full four months.
